Absorbed in the cacophony of sounds and colours
Proudly squeaking in her flip flops
Lost in the market noise
Happy in the simplicity of eating what is caught.
Things change.
Unwanted travel to distant lands
Over time the noise is in her head
Working to quieten
Listen to breath.
Listen to body.
Communication is key.
It’s the complexity of what makes us human.
Using understanding to heal,
to have a massive attack of another life.
Another way to be in this world
Connected, calm, kind.
Using her experience to die
Having been a good person.
A life lived well, an unfinished symphony of love and connection.
