Merilyn is love
Love like a mother
A mother she is
She is a lover
A lover to many
Many give her comfort
Comfort like peace 
Peace with her family
Her family who she loves
Love is her strength
Strength like the color red
Red in the evening sky
Evening sky where you’ll find her
Find her in the quiet
Quiet she is not
Not in her caring
