I’m in a position, to take on a mission,
A pursuit with my flute, I toot.
Just give me a chance to dance
And let this friendly romance advance.

In my musician audition, I show ambition.
With my vision, I glance, I see a swan
On a lake, make no mistake. I’m awake
And I’m ready to take the bait (which is cake).

When I hear sugar plum fairies and nutcrackers,
I go off like a fire-cracker, my favourite song!
I’ve known all along, I belong, I’m strong,
Pass the baton, I’ve won.
